Is there a limit on forms or submissions?
No. Both are unlimited on every plan, with no per-form fee and no metering on responses. File attachments count against your shared storage, and that is the only related limit.
What happens to an existing contact when they submit again?
They are matched by email first, then phone, and the new submission is linked to that contact. Their existing details are never changed by a submission, so there are no silent overwrites.
Where can I publish a form?
Four channels: a page on your Cornerspot website, a hosted shareable link on your domain, an embed on any allow-listed external site, and your member portal. You can also download a QR code that points to the shareable link.
Can I match the form to my brand?
Yes. Colors, fonts, button and field styles, container and page styling, a rich-text note, and styled success messages, all with a live preview. The White Label add-on removes the "Powered by Cornerspot" credit on hosted pages and embeds.
Do I have to buy the whole platform?
No. Forms is $12.99/month on its own with everything on this page. If you want the CRM, website, portal, and the rest to act on those leads, the all-in plan is $49.99/month.
