Unlimited, really

The envelope counter does not exist.

Most e-signature tools meter you: a hundred envelopes a year, then a paywall, per user. Cornerspot has no such number. There is nothing to count, nothing to upgrade past.

Send without a meter
Access is a single team-level feature, not a bucket of credits. The only shared platform limits are 20,000 emails a month and 5 GB of storage.
Everyone on the team, no seats
There is no seat entitlement. Read, write, and read-all roles govern who can send and who sees what. Admins see every envelope; senders see their own.
Templates and multi-doc envelopes
Save any envelope as a reusable template, or build one from scratch. Attach multiple ordered PDFs, each validated at intake and hashed on the way in.
Route it your way

One at a time, or all at once.

Flip a single toggle to choose how an envelope moves. Sequential invites each signer as the last one finishes; parallel invites everyone together.

Signers and viewers
Signers complete fields and move the envelope forward. Viewers get a read-only link with download rights and never block routing. Assign either to anyone on the envelope.
Reminders and expiration
Set a reminder cadence from 1 to 90 days and an expiry date. Overdue envelopes flip to expired automatically and outstanding links stop working.
Autofill from the CRM
Name, email, phone, title, account name and address, and custom fields pull straight from the contact record and stamp server-side at sign time. No retyping.
Locked and provable

A signed contract you can prove was never touched.

Consent is captured, every action is logged to an append-only trail, and the finished document is sealed with a hash anyone can recompute. This is the part your legal team will actually read.

Emailed one-time codes

On top of each recipient's signed magic link, require a 6-digit access code, emailed on request. Stored only as a BCrypt digest, valid 15 minutes, five attempts, then lockout. The certificate records which method each signer used.

ESIGN & UETA consent

Before signing, each recipient accepts a versioned consent text. The acceptance timestamp, consent version, IP address, and user agent are recorded and printed on the certificate. Intent and attribution, on the record.

Your pipeline signs for you

Your pipeline sends the contract. The signature moves the deal.

Configure a deal once: pick a template, an auto-send stage, and the stages it should move to on success or failure. Then let the pipeline run its own paperwork. Try it below.

Auto-send at a stage
The moment a deal first reaches the stage you picked, or any stage after it, the contract is drafted from your template and armed to send.
Confirm before it fires
A misplaced drag never sends a contract silently. You get a notification and a pending-send confirmation first. Nothing leaves without a human saying yes.
The outcome moves the deal
When everyone signs, the deal advances to your success stage automatically. Declined, voided, or expired sends it to the failure stage. Both are audited on the deal and the envelope, in the same transaction.

Deal reached Proposal. A contract is armed and waiting for your confirmation before it sends.
Contract sent to the deal's contacts. Simulate the outcome:
Signed and completed. The deal moved itself to Closed Won inside the same transaction, fully audited on both sides.
Declined with a reason. The deal moved to Closed Lost, and the sender and all recipients were notified.
The signer's five minutes

A signing page that gets out of the way.

Recipients get a clean, mobile-first page with no dashboard clutter. A stepper, a guided field, and they are done in about a minute.

Mobile-first, no account
A public signing route with a clear progress rail, a START HERE tab on the field, zoom controls, and page indicators. Nothing to install, nothing to log into.
Draw, type, upload, or reuse
Signers capture a signature however they like, including a saved signature for repeat signers. Cursive font choices for typed names.
Decline with a reason, download instantly
Signers can decline with a written reason that notifies everyone. On completion, the certificate downloads over a short-lived signed URL. While others sign, they see an awaiting-signers state.

Common questions

Signing questions, answered.

Still curious? Email hello@cornerspot.net to chat with a human.

Is there really no envelope limit?

Yes. No quota exists anywhere in the catalog, so nothing counts or caps envelopes. The only shared platform limits are 20,000 emails a month and 5 GB of storage, which apply across all of Cornerspot, not to signing specifically.

Do I pay per user or per seat?

No. There is no seat entitlement and no per-seat pricing. Team members are unlimited; within a team, who can send is controlled by read, write, and read-all roles.

How can someone verify a signed document wasn't altered?

Every completed envelope carries a SHA-256 over the signed content, printed on the Signature Certificate with plain-English instructions: extract the leading pages, recompute the hash, and compare. It's verifiable by anyone holding the document, offline. There is no website upload step and nothing to trust but the math.

What is the access code, exactly?

An optional per-envelope one-time code, emailed to the recipient on request. It's a 6-digit code stored only as a BCrypt digest, valid 15 minutes, with a 5-attempt lockout. It layers on top of the signed magic link. Codes are emailed only; there is no SMS delivery.

Does auto-send fire contracts on its own?

No. Reaching the auto-send stage arms the send and notifies you with a pending-send confirmation, so an accidental stage drag never mails a contract silently. You confirm, then it sends. The outcome stage transitions, on the other hand, are fully automatic once signing completes or fails.

Is it ESIGN and UETA compliant?

Yes. Each recipient accepts versioned consent text before signing, every action is written to an append-only audit trail with IP and user agent, and a certificate of completion is generated automatically. That covers consent, intent, attribution, and retention.

Can I buy signing without the whole platform?

Yes. Document Signing is $12.99/month standalone with everything above included. If you later want the CRM, billing, portal, and the rest sharing one customer record, the full bundle is $49.99/month.

Send the contract. Keep a record you can prove.
