Is the bundle really one price, no matter how many people I add?
Yes. There is no per-seat charge anywhere. Invite your whole team, and control access with roles instead of a bill. Users, contacts, deals, forms, envelopes, articles, and portal users are all unlimited.
Do I have to move my whole business over on day one?
No. Every product is a complete standalone at $12.99/month. Start with the one that hurts most, and turn the others on when you are ready. They are already integrated, so nothing needs connecting.
Is the AI really included?
You get 1,000,000 AI credits free every month, roughly 200 or more conversations, then $4 per extra million. The AI is grounded in your own docs and catalog, reads customer data as read-only, and, like any assistant, can make mistakes, so it is opt-in and cites its sources.
Are there any real limits?
The shared platform limits are 20,000 emails a month, 5 GB of storage, 5 active live-chat agent slots, and the AI credit allotment. Records and users are not among them. White-labeling, removing the "Powered by Cornerspot" credit, is an add-on.
Is my data safe, and can I get it out?
Yes, your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we provide full access to export all records from the CornerSpot system.
