The CRM the rest of your business plugs into.
Contacts, accounts, and deals live in the same app as your forms, chat, signing, and billing. A form submits and a contact appears. A deal closes and a subscription starts. Nothing to sync, nothing to export.
Drag a deal across a stage, and the forecast moves with it.
Every stage carries a win probability, so per-stage totals and a probability-weighted forecast update as cards move. Board or list, whichever way you work.
Open a contact and see everything they touched.
The tab row is the integration story in one strip: activities, notes, deals, support tickets, live chats, e-sign requests, portal documents, and attachments, all on the same record. No exports, no second tool.
Pick what happens, then stop doing it by hand.
Automations react to events from every module: CRM, deals, forms, e-sign, chat, and billing. Choose a trigger to see a workflow assemble from the same step catalog you build with.
When a contract signs: tag the customer, mark them active, tell the team, and invite them to your portal. Without you.
A lead comes in, gets logged and tagged, and the right owner hears about it the moment it lands.
A payment fails and the follow-up runs on schedule, with a wait built in before the second nudge.
A logged meeting routes itself to an owner and shows up on the dashboard, no manual assignment.
A visitor opens a chat, the record is tagged and logged, and someone is nudged to jump in.
Configure a deal to auto-send a contract from a template when it reaches a stage, then route the deal by the signer's response. Sending is confirm-before-send; the outcome moves are automatic.
A closed-won deal converts into a subscription per billing frequency plus a consolidated first invoice, and can provision portal users, through a preview-then-convert wizard.
The record fills itself from the front of the house.
Your forms, live chat, and portal all write to the same contacts and accounts. No connector to configure, no nightly sync.
Invite the whole company. The price does not move.
There is no per-seat charge anywhere in Cornerspot. Add every teammate you want and control access with roles, not a bill.

Is there a limit on contacts, deals, or users?
No. Contacts, accounts, deals, custom fields, and team members are all unlimited, on both plans. The only platform-wide limits are shared email, storage, live-chat connections, and AI credits.
Can I import from HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce?
You can import contacts, accounts, and deals by CSV, with guided column mapping, a downloadable template, a preflight check, and duplicate detection by key or email. There is no live two-way sync with those tools, by design; the CRM is the source of record, not a mirror.
What can custom fields do?
Thirteen data types on contacts and accounts, with immutable keys, option lists for selects, reordering, and archiving. Values render on every record automatically, and a form field can map into a contact field with one toggle.
How do the integrations work?
Every other Cornerspot module reads and writes these same contacts and accounts, because they are the same app. Forms create leads, chat identifies visitors, e-sign attaches to deals, won deals create subscriptions, and automations react to all of it.
How do roles and access work?
Roles gate what people can do, not how many can join. Use Admin, Manager, and Rep, or build custom roles from the scope registry. The one visibility rule is on e-sign: Reps see their own envelopes.
Can I use just the CRM?
Yes. The CRM is $12.99/month on its own with everything on this page. If you want the forms, website, portal, signing, and billing that plug into it, the all-in plan is $49.99/month.
